World TV and Radio Tuner (formerly known as 3webTotalTv and Radio Tuner) enables you to watch 1200 live television channels and listen to 6000+ online radio stations that are broadcasted over the internet. The stations are organized by genre, country, language and connection speed. World TV and Radio Tuner(WTRT) also allows you to add your own channels to a list of favorites for quick access.

World TV and Radio Tuner includes a simple audio recorder that allows you to capture sound and save it to .wma format, resizable screen, real time database updates, station information on screen, install and uninstall support.

There are 2 panel, use the left panel to select a radio station or TV channel, just click on the name of the station, the panel on the right will load your selection automatically.
