I have loaded the latest version of AVG on my desktop pc. I have a product on my tax preparers website that allows me to send documents via a secure server. I have setup my firewall on Windows XP to allow this IP or Server Name to Open or Allow Port 443 to open and send my files. But AVG overrides the windows setting and closes the Port. I have also allowed this prodcut to use Port 4343 and Port 4430 and AVG continues to close the port. I am using the "Free" version of AVg, if anyone has any ideals on how to massage AVG to leave this port open only for this specific IP or Server Name. Help is needed ~Waekool~.

I have the Vista Full verison. The problem I am running into is that AVG is detecting a virus that say c:\windows\system32\user32.dll. It also shows that the status of the virus has been changed. Is there something to worry about or will it be all right?

I have Vista RC2 installed as well. I cannot get AVG 7.5.428 to run the Resident Shield.
It is disabled. I can run the AVG scan, its just that the Resident Shield cannot be enabled.

@km: I'm using Windows Vista Build 5456. There is no update for that build regarding this issue. I assumed that the update (which was published for Build 5384.4) would have been incorporated into the new build already.
