WhoDoes is our new intuitive web-based project management software, designed to assist Project Managers and team members in planning and managing of projects with different complexities. WhoDoes makes managing of complex projects easy and makes it convenient to plan short-term small activities.

- Tutorial – A new tutorial was built inside the application to guide the users step by step during all the phases of the project planning and management.
- Easy Time Tracking – WhoDoes gives detailed real-time information and time control on tasks, project times and delays, allowing the project managers to manage delays at the right moment.
- New Explore section – Explore section (http://whodo.es/explore) has a new design in order to offer an intuitive and more complete guide to WhoDoes features.

There are 4 sections:
- My Workspace – lets you monitor your tasks. It shows important information about your project and calendar for the planned tasks.
- Repository – is a shared archive for the project documentation, a common space where all the team members involved in a project, as a resource or as a project manager, can upload and share materials and find the last official version of the project documents.
- Projects – assist Project Managers in planning and management of different complex projects.
- Journal – is a panel to trace all the events related to the Projects such as milestone, tasks, comments, todos, activities…
WhoDoes is available in 5 different subscription plans. With the Free Plan you will get 2 projects with 5Mb of storage, and Paid Plan starting from $5.99 per month – $480 per year which differentiates between the number of manageable projects, the repository hard disk space and some added functionalities, depending on your personal requirements for project management tools.
