ADVERTISEMENTS
Type to Click is a Windows XP program that makes it possible to efficiently access mouse functions through the keyboard. With Type to Click, you can navigate any Flash site with the keyboard, select windows and tabs, manipulate items on the taskbar, highlight non-editable text or click on embedded video player controls.
This is how Type to Click works:

Type to Click functions:
- CTRL-ALT-L - left click
- CTRL-ALT-R - right click
- CTRL-ALT-D - double click
- CTRL-ALT-O - drag
- CTRL-ALT-M - move pointer
The keyboard shortcuts are configurable.
When you want to click on a link or a picture, all you need to do is activate the Type to Click shortcut and a grid of alphabets will cover the screen. Then use the up or down arrow key to align the alphabet grid over the link or picture and type 3 consecutive letters on the screen. It generates a mouse click and the linked page will appear.
When executing a drag, two groups of three letters must be entered; the first identifies the point where the drag starts and the second identifies the point where the button is released.
