TVU Broadcast Software is a free Broadcast application for you to create your own TV channel with a Windows or Linux PC and a broadband internet connection. There are absolutely no charges for broadcasting on TVU. To become a broadcaster, all you need to do is to create a broadcaster account (ID/password), and TVU will assign you a Channel ID, use Microsoft’s Windows Media Encoder (WME) to encode your video file into Windows Media Video (WMV) format, then use TVU Broadcast application to broadcast your encoded signal out to the TVU network.
With the spread of internet broadband connections, there is an increasing of users used the internet to watch television broadcasts. The rapid take up of broadband means there is now a need for an open network which anyone with enough bandwidth can provide new channels to a worldwide audience.

I will need some help
i tried broadcasting stuff form my computer, (not live) but the TVU broadcasting software crashes everytime i try when i click on start.
(that is with the new version of TVU broadcasting software, i tried with the old one, its only form a URL ? what if i wanna do from my computer ?)
