Microsoft finally officially present a bunch of official information on its Zune portable media player on Microsoft Website and set to be available in time for the holidays. As we expected, Microsoft Zune features a 30GB hard drive, FM build in tuner ,wireless connectivity and will come in three colors ( black, white and brown ). meanwhile, the Zune display will remain as three-inch LCD display that can be viewed in portrait or landscape mode (a resolution of 320×240).

The biggest feature present is its ability to share music wirelessly with the ingeniously named Zune-to-Zune sharing. I feels that Microsoft is putting a lot of effort in the wireless sharing basic. The ideal of zune wireless connectivity will allows users to send music to one another. You can actually send a file to another Zune user, but it will only be playable three times or stored for three days.

On the software side, Microsoft Zune player has his own software also called as ” Zune” and surpries that Microsoft doesn’t integrate with their current popular windows media player 11. The Zune software is an application like Naspter which allow you to access Zune music marketplace for viewing your playlists and playing back your downloaded and rented music.

The Zune software interface will similar Zune player , complete with the playback buttons on the bottom, and the black/grey bordered color scheme. In addition to that, the Zune device will preloaded with music tracks such as: DTS, EMI Music’s Astralwerks Records and Virgin Records, Ninja Tune, Playlouderecordings, Quango Music Group, Sub Pop Records, and V2/Artemis.
