Adobe SHARE beta is a free web-based service that allows you to easily share, publish and organize your documents directly from your web browser. It is easy to share your files from anywhere you have an internet connection.

“SHARE” beta is a web-based service that allows you to upload and share files. You can distribute the URL for the file to a selected number of users, post the link for the URL on a website, or embed the code for previewing the file in a web page. You have the option to allow recipients to invite others to view your shared files or limit access to only the specified recipients.

Using SHARE enables you to upload and share large files with others without attaching the files to an email message. Users have access to the latest version of the files through SHARE. It also enables the recipients to preview PDF, JPG, GIF, and PNG files using the web browser before downloading them.

Adobe SHARE features:

• Share your documents online
• Send documents without email attachments.
• Access your documents from anywhere.
• View all the documents you have shared or received in one place.
• Post a link to your document on a wiki or blog.
• Embed a Flash® preview of your document on any website.
• Limit access to a document to a list of recipients.

To share a file, you need to log into the SHARE with your Adobe ID and follow these simple steps:

1. Browse your computer to select the file(s) that you want to share.
2. Specify who you want to share the file with.
3. Specify if you want to allow recipients to invite others to view your shared files or limit access to only the specified recipients.
4. Click the “Share” button to share the file.

To access files that others are sharing with you, click on the link on the link provided in the email invitation for accessing the file. If the file is secured, you need to log in to Share using your Adobe ID and password in order to access the file.

SHARE supports Microsoft Office 2003 and 2007 formats, Rich Text Format (RTF), Open Office formats, text, PDF, HTML, GIF, JPEG, BMP, PNG, Creative Suite file formats, ZIP, SWF and Captivate formats.
