Scrutinizer NetFlow & sFlow Analyzer FREE Edition is a useful tool to monitor network activity. It provides incredibly detailed network utilization information for the users and applications that are on the network. Using both Cisco’s NetFlow Technology (an IOS software feature found in an ever increasing number of switches and routers) and industry standard sFlow, Scrutinizer is able to retrieve the traffic details you need and present them in a detailed graphical view.

NetFlow is a protocol developed by Cisco Systems, Inc. to enable Cisco routers and switches and other vendors switches and routers to generate records, which are sent from the router in UDP packets. A NetFlow collector must then collect these packets as they stream from the router. Scrutinizer will organize and store the information provided by NetFlow and generate it into graph.< /p>
