Remove ads from Windows Live Messenger by A-Patch

if you install Windows Live Messenger, Sometimes you will feel the bottoms on Windows Live Messenger ads is annoying and disturbing your visual when you chating or surfing internet.

Here is some trick to get rids of the ads on Windows Live Messenger by using A-Patch.
A-Patch is an utility to customize visual and functionality aspects of Windows Live Messenger or MSN Messenger. A-Patch has 70 features for customization or configure on Windows Live Messenger.

Here is the simple trick

Before start this trick, make sure you backups your current Windows live messenger setting first.

  1. Turn off your Windows Live Messenger
  2. Download A-Patch and run �A-Patch130rc1b44_WLM� file from this ZIP archive.
  3. Choose option - > Patch Messenger and Press ” Next “
  4. Choose select patch options that you want then again. make sure your Windows live Messenger is turn off.
  5. Apply patch then Restart Computer.

Remove live messenger ads

You can restore back the patch option by restore back the Windows live messenger setting by running A-patch Exe and select ” Restore Setting ” option

Playing software patch is a dangerous way on windows but worth to take off ads from Windows Live Messenger

    Nice program..

    But I need to get rid of the list of users who have used Messneger.

    We have a public machine.. And after everyone have login the user eMail address will show.. That is not good…

    Is it possible to remove that everytime messneger starts..

    If all you are trying to do is hide / block / remove / disable ads in MSN Messenger or Windows Live Messenger, there is a much easier approach:

    Add rad.msn.com to your Restricted Sites in Internet Explorer

    Search on “rad.msn.com” and you’ll learn all kinds of things.
