Quitmozilla did actually help me (along with patches) to quit smoking. Having the constant reminder there in the bottom corner of my browser provided encouragement. After awhile, when the numbers kept climbing, it became a source of pride. Currently I’ve avoided smoking 19,500.57 cigarettes over the past 2 years, 8 months, & 2 days (saving $3,412.60 in the process).
