MoonEdit is a multi-platform collaborative text editor over the Internet. It is a text editor that enables you to host a file for editing, and other users also can connect to the file and edit the same file with you, there is no need to send files via FTP.

It supports up to 14 participants simultaneously. Every user has their own color and every cursor movement and text changes are simultaneously visible on the screen by all users. MoonEdit also allows you to share individual files, or entire directories.
