Half the time it does not load and then when it does load it says there are no messages when I know there are dozens!. Then it decided that my aaccount did not exist so I had to open a new account, all my messages lost of course. Lycos has been like this for years!. How on earth do they stay in business and when they web tech people leave kindergarten who will take over looking after this deplorable mess? Perhaps a dozen baboons can do better? Probably Lycos decides to clean up my emails as I've been using more than 1.5GB storage space there....
