Kwout is a service that lets you create a quote from part of a web page. Kwout actually captures an image of the web page and lets you embed the image in a blog, send it to Flickr or Tumblr. Kwout is a useful Quoto Tool for bloggers.

To create an online quote, you need to add Kwout bookmarklet to your favorite browser. When you want to create a quote from a web page, just click on the Kwout bookmarklet and the screenshot of the entire web page will be popped up. You can then select the area of the web page that you want to quote by dragging a mouse on the screenshot and click the “Cut Out” button. The selected image will be cut out.

You can make your quote square or round, add a border or shadow, or even change the background color. This is awesome.
