I already purchase an HP Ipaq 6828 and find out the MS office suite on PDA is possible to edit , create and modify.

I purchased iPaq rw6828 on Feb 9th 2007. I have very bitter experiences:
SIM card holder broke at the very first insertion of the card. Very flimsy design. Got it replaced from seller.
Used Headset for FM radio. Radio not audible without headset
Once the headset is used, phone behaves as if there is no speaker and mic. Phone is audible only with headset.
    Very feeble ring tone
Camera poor qulaity for indoor use. lateset BIOS also does not fix these bugs. Be careful !! Check whether there are HP service centres nearby, prior to purchase !! You’re sure to visit the service centre within a month of your purchase!!!

Within 5 days I had to have my rw6828 replaced. There was a vertical line that appeared on the screen. A few days later I had the audio problem, no audible sound from the speaker. The unit assumed that the headphones were plugged in even if they were not. I tried to plug them in and out multiple times and then that seemed to do the trick.

A little disappointed with the unit in terms of quality . They are not cheap units so I would expect something a little better. On the other hand it’s a fairly good unit.

brought my Hp ipaq 6828 around one year back. it was good at the time of buying..after i think 3 months suddenly screen blackout.cant see anything…just showing charging…nothing else. send to service center and replaced screen and motherboad. till now no problem except hanging once in 3 days. i like 6828 because of its speed and style. sound quality good. but ring tones are not much laud in between crowded. used gprs and browsing speed is excellent. all over i am happy with my HPipaq.

    Baiju.

I also have an ipaq rw6828 with the audio issue with removing the headset. The onyl way I have found to resolve it when it happens is to remove the battery and then boot it up again.

Painful as the date/time getts reset to the default ~October 2006. If there is a fix around I woudl also like to have it. Latest BIOS upgrade from HP doesnt fix it either

I have been using HP iPaq rw6828 since Oct 2006 and though its a great PDA but the phone functionality, audio output, cam quality are really bad.  Speaker phone is a disaster, the PC sync function is sad (doesn’t sync in one go), the USB port is very delicate (It broke once and I had to get the motherboard replaced and even now it feels like it will come off if I push the cable in too hard).
Worst of all HP doesn’t allow upgrade to windows mobile 6.
