GTDInbox (formerly GTDGmail) is a Firefox extension, which combines Gmail with David Allen’s Getting Things Done methodology. It makes Gmail more useful by adding GTD-related labels and reviewing options with tasks and reminders.
GTDInbox is a Firefox extension that integrates the highly effective methodology of “Getting Things Done” into the popular email service Gmail.
With GTDInbox, you can use labels to categorize items for easier reading locating specific subject related emails. It lets you change the status of message, assigning or removing contexts and projects easily. You can tweak GTDinbox so that it works with the way you want.


GTDInbox features:
- Easily Organise GTD Labels - Labels are now structured into Contexts, Status, Projects and References; making it easier to read and use.
Labels can be applied much more rapidly than in standard Gmail. - Quickly Review Outstanding Tasks - Quickly review outstanding GTD tasks that are over a few days old.
- Save Specialised Searches - Searches can be created and saved that enable precise queries over your GTD tasks.
- Send Myself Tasks and References - You can quickly compose Tasks and References and send them to your Inbox.
- Print Tasks to Cards - Select, sort and print tasks in 3×5 inch format so you can easily carry them.
