Google finally merged its Writely and Google Spreadsheet web services into Google Docs & Spreadsheets which you can sign up both services under Google account. This news is announced on their Office 2.0 Conference in San Francisco.

Google said that both combine service ( Writely and Spreadsheet ) is designed to make it easier for people to create, manage, and share documents and spreadsheets online.

This new services has strength Google online office suite , currently competing with Zoho.
