Google Picase is a photo editing software which gain popularity recently. Previously Google Picasa just support only Windows operating system. Now, Google has release Linux Picasa Edition for Linux platform. This software is using a version of Wine modified by CodeWeaver.

Google said that linux Picasa should work on any Linux system with Intel 386-compatible processor, glibc 2.3 or greater, and a working X11 display system.
I estimated this linux picase release can end up attracting a lot of linux fan base for Google.
Picasa Software is simple to use and let you perform basic task on photo editing that every editor does. The process will much more quicker compare using photoshop editing.
