Google Calendar Sync, a newly released calendar synchronization tool that provides you a 2-way synchronization between Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook Calendar. Google Calendar Sync automatically keeps your Google Calendar in sync with your Microsoft Outlook Calendar whenever you add an event. So whether you update your schedule from your mobile device or from your computer with Google Calendar Sync running, your calendar views are always up to date, and you can decide to access them later on.

Google Calendar Sync is not able to to sync events on secondary calendars at this time, it will only sync events from your primary Google Calendar and your default Microsoft Outlook calendar.

Google Calendar Sync offers 3 types of Sync Options between Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook Calendar.

• 2-Way Sync – will sync all the events in your Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
• 1-Way: Google Calendar to Microsoft Outlook calendar – All events in your primary Google Calendar will be added to your default Microsoft Outlook calendar.
• 1-Way: Microsoft Outlook calendar to Google Calendar – All events in your default Microsoft Outlook calendar will be added to your primary Google Calendar.

You can configure your Google Calendar Sync to sync both Google and Outlook, sync Outlook to Google only, or sync Google to Outlook only in the Setting windows. You can also set how often you want to synchronize your calendars. The minimum time interval is 10 minutes.
