Google Blogger.com today unveils new beta version with substantial of upgrade. As we know, Google Blogger is the fastest, easiest way to quickly throw up a free blog and be able work with the template code. The new beta version entitled as Blogger beta.

The major new blogging features that Blogger beta includes:

• Blog Readers - specify who can read your blog
