Etelos, introduces a Customer Relations Management (CRM) tool that can be used on Google’s homepage along with Google’s other applications. Etelos offers full-fledged CRM tool, which lets business owners and sales agents manage their relations with their customers including reminders to stay in touch, ways to manage tasks and share schedules (see screenshot below).

Etelos CRMforGoogle interface has use Google Open interface to create limited integration with the Google calendar tool. This will allow a user to create a task, such as a customer appointment, Beside that, The beta release of CRMforGoogle also offers limited integration with Google’s spreadsheet application. i think in future, Etelos will develop more integration between their CRM services with Google Application or other services like GMail, Google Docs and etc.

Currently, Etelos’s CRMforGoogle product is in (beta) testing, and is invitation-only for now. Accounts can be requested at www.crmforgoogle.com. Once out of testing, Etelos CRMforGoogle will offer a basic free edition, but also monthly paid subscription versions which will allow further customization, choice of hosting and integration with other software, the company said.

I personally think Etelos has done great CRM development on Google start page and integrate with Google office application. if anybody running small business operation, Can try out Etelos CRMforGoogle services.
