I have had AIM 6.0 installed for a couple of years now. I have been able to talk via web cam, to my daughter and grandchildren, with no problems at all. I have an IBM and she has an Apple. Just this past week, the audio has been very sporadic, so much so that we have to type our conversation. I asked other buddies and they too have had difficulties, so it’s not just my computer. One of my buddies is IBM also, so it’s not the Apple/IBM thing. I have checked all the questions and answers on the AIM web site, but nothing seems to be addressing my problem. Has AOL had a problem during the past week? Why would everything be fine for so long and now not work right? It’s very frustrating and there seems to be noone to phone or ask for assistance. I’m open to any suggestions.
