ADVERTISEMENTS
CSpace is an open source instant messenger is based on user to user communication technology (P2P). The concept of this application providing a platform for secure, decentralized, user-to-user communication over the internet.
The communication method is similar to Socket API connect (IP,Port). So, you just need to know what special network port that you want to use.
Security of CSpace is awesome which it works on 2048-bit RSA keys for encrpyt all text Chat, file Transfer and Remote Desktop connection. The best part is the TSA keys is created by user only. user is uniquely identified by his RSA public key. I think CSpace is the most secure IM that you ever see.

I have a little question for the experts. My firm is monitoring all the conversations on different messengers (yahoo, aol). Is Cspace the right messenger to use if I wanna bypass bigbrother ?

@mimine , i think your firm has been installed with powerful network firewall which able to track and blocking for doing other thing. perhaps you can try to using web based messenger since the messenger is running under http port. it is very hard to track unless your firm network guy is tapped your data packet.

hi km, at the moment, when I run aol or yahoo messenger, I get warning messages at the top saying that “discussions are being monitored by the admin”. I’ve installed cspace and tested it with my co-worker and I haven’t noticed any warning message so far. Does that alone mean that my conversations aren’t being monitored or should I still be worry that all messages from cspace port could still be intercepted and read by bigbrother ?
Also, can you please suggest a couple of web based messengers that you would recommend ? thx

@Mimine, Sorry for late replay… i can’t confirm to your question because network administrator has been many way to capture your message ( like capture data packet ). since your warning msg is not appear.. this show a good sign perhaps your network administrator not able to capture the conversation. Normally message that encrypted require a lot time to decrypt it. (2048 but encryption is very high security and hard to decrypt)
