CLiCk, Speak is an open source, freely available text-to-speech extension for the Mozilla Firefox web browser. CLiCk, Speak is designed for sighted users who want text-to-speech functionality.
The interface is completely mouse driven, there’s no need to remember any key combinations. You can access the commands either by clicking on their icons in the CLiCk, Speak toolbar or by selecting them from the right click context menu.

This is amazing, it can read the text content of any website. This remind me of BrowseAloud which works only on websites that pay for the browsealoud service.
