Cellsea is a free online ringtone maker. Cellsea provides you an editor to create custom ringtone from your favorite music files and have it on your mobile phone as a ringtone.
You can upload songs from your PC, website url or search on the Google. The maximum upload size is 10MB. After the upload is complete, you can preview the audio and drag the slider to select part of the audio file to make a ringtone. You can choose to make your ringtone public, private or copyrighted.
Besides, you can also browse, listen and download ringtones created by other users. Cellsea supports MP3, MP4, MIDI, WAV, M4A, and AAC formats.
