CDBurnerXP 4, A free burning media application to burn CDs and DVDs, including Blu-Ray and HD-DVDs. Aside from being able to burn audio discs, CDBurnerXP 4 also allow you burn and create ISO files. CDBurneXP is a great burning media since it provides full-featured burning functionality as many commercial applications on burning market and compatible with Windows 2000 / XP / 2003 Server and Vista. Here is some features that CDBurnerXP 4 provides:

• Copy audio and data CD’s on the fly: (swap source and destination media within the same or alternate drives). Copy to ISO file supported
• Burn Audio CDs: with or without gaps. Supports MP3, WAV, OGG, WMA, and FLAC files. Allows for adding tracks from audio CDs without ripping them first (cda-files). Does not rip audio cds .
• Burns Video DVDs: in UDF file format; i.e. they will play on your DVD player.
• Saves and burns ISO files: Converts .BIN and .NRG images to ISO format.
  
• Support for new media formats: double layer DVDs, Blu-Ray and HD-DVDs.
• Verifies data after burning; can simulate burning for error detection.
• Supports overburning:(from the FAQ “just add as much data to CD layout as possible and .. ignore warning messages if any”).

CDBurnerXP 4 is an excellent alternatives which you not need purchase out 100USD for Nero or some other professional suite, however, this software is available to Windows Compatible only.
