Using SHARE enables you to upload and share large files with others without attaching the files to an email message. Users have access to the latest version of the files through SHARE. 4. Click the “Share” button to share the file.

To access files that others are sharing with you, click on the link on the link provided in the email invitation for accessing the file. If the file is secured, you need to log in to Share using your Adobe ID and password in order to access the file.
