• Notifications – A slide down page contains all of your notifications (calendar events, new email, etc…). This all-in-one location is quite time-saving.
• Desktop – Yes, Android will feature a fully customizable desktop similar to Windows, where users will be able to create shortcuts for bookmarks, contacts etc and drag them to position where ever they want.
• Street View – The Android devices will include an optimized version of Google Street View that looks pretty sweet. You can use your finger to spin the map around, or enable the compass view feature that will rotate the 3D imagery according to the direction you’re facing.

Google Calendar Sync is not able to to sync events on secondary calendars at this time, it will only sync events from your primary Google Calendar and your default Microsoft Outlook calendar.

Google Calendar Sync offers 3 types of Sync Options between Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook Calendar.

• 2-Way Sync – will sync all the events in your Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
• 1-Way: Google Calendar to Microsoft Outlook calendar – All events in your primary Google Calendar will be added to your default Microsoft Outlook calendar.
• 1-Way: Microsoft Outlook calendar to Google Calendar – All events in your default Microsoft Outlook calendar will be added to your primary Google Calendar.

You can configure your Google Calendar Sync to sync both Google and Outlook, sync Outlook to Google only, or sync Google to Outlook only in the Setting windows. You can also set how often you want to synchronize your calendars. The minimum time interval is 10 minutes.

Gmail chat now offers the option to sign in to your AOL Instant Messenger (AIM) account to chat with your AIM buddies from Gmail. Your AIM buddies will populate your Contacts list, and are searchable just like your Google Talk contacts.

Chatting with your AIM buddies is easy — just click on a name in your chat list, and start typing.

With this feature, you can now sign into your AIM account via Gmail chat and talk with AIM buddies just like you do with your Google Talk friends.

To chat with AIM users from Gmail, you will still need an AIM account, as AIM in Gmail is not a Google Talk and AIM federation. Just click the down arrow next to your status message and select “Sign into AIM”. Enter your AIM screen name and password to connect. Once connected, your AIM buddies will appear in the list of quick contacts and allow you to send and receive instant messages from Gmail.
