BitTorrent 6 , A popular torrent client application has been just release. BitTorrent which has acquired uTorrent late last year and completely replicates uTorrent functionality and interfaces on BitTorrent 6. The only differrences between BitTorrent and uTorrent is a new menu item called “Get Stuff”, which just links to locations in the BitTorrent store online.

However, BitTorrent system resources now run with uTorrent capability, which is faster and takes up less space than previous BitTorrent version. But there is some speculation that the two will remain separate, and BitTorrent could be promoted as a destkop program while uTorrent could continue to be a lightweight, portable option.
