ADVERTISEMENTS
AirTalkr is a AIR based multi-protocol Instant Messenger that connects to MSN, Yahoo!, GTalk, AOL and ICQ. Not only that, it also has connects to to various Web 2.0 services like Flickr and YouTube.
Take a look at how AirTalkr works in the video:
AirTalkr Web Version
AirTalkr also offers a web-based Instant Messenger at http://airtalkr.com/im/ that allows you to connect with your buddies on Google Talk, Yahoo! Messenger, Windows Live, ICQ and other popular IM services, just like Meebo.
You can chat with your friends, search photos from flickr, and search videos from YouTube in a Windows Vista-style virtual desktop in your browser. The service that AirTalkr offers is free and easy to use. Just create an account at AirTalkr and you can add ICQ, MSN, Yahoo and AOL accounts upon login.
AirCard
You can also view each of your buddies AirCard, a profiling system in AirTalkr that gathers your buddies profile from the web such their most updated Twitters and Blog entries, see their Flickr photos, and their social networking profile on MySpace and Friendster, all in 1 place.

Like Meebo, AirTalkr web version is a browser based instant messaging service for AIM, Google Talk, Yahoo IM, and more. Unlike Meebo, AirTalkr IM client can be installed on your desktop using Adobe AIR runtime. I would prefer if AirTalkr have a lightweight version which can be run on mobile devices and WAP-enabled phones.
AirTalkr runs on Adobe’s Integrated Runtime (AIR), so you will need to install the AIR runtime to use it. You can download AirTalks from here, it is compatible with Windows and Mac system.
