PortableApps.com launches a new portable suites that wrapper up popular opensource software into one software package launcher. The software launcher similar like Ceedo which able run at any removable flash drive wherever you plug in. meanwhile, The interfaces of portable suite version 1.0 come with a nice attractive portable menu and the launcher software is customizable.

The Portable suite 1.0 comes along with three edition:-

1. Standard edition runs comfortable on a 512MB USB drive with ClamWin (antivirus), Firefox, Gaim (instant messaging), OpenOffice.org, Sudoku, Sunbird (calendar/task manager) and Thunderbird (email client).
2. Lite edition runs comfortable on a 256MB drive but replacing OpenOffice.org with AbiWord and the rest of application still remain.
3. Basic Edition just around 1MB only which come with PortableApps Menu, PortableApps Backup utility and custom folders, icons and autorun only.

I quite impressive the portable application suite launcher since its allows me doing my task on working environment when plug on other PC host on anytime, anywhere. i believe that portable suite version 1.0 is an nice application suite that has potential and worth for trying
